Description

Provide customer service to our customers and help correct customer shipments when needed.

Position Duties

- Assist customers on the phone and through email
- Give customer feedback to sales manager
- Correct customer shipments

Qualifications

- Prefer candidates to have a background in the Electrical Industry. Counter Work at an Electrical Distributor, Electrician, Code Inspector, Electrical Sales or other.
- Will train on our products and processes.
