We're hiring a hands-on Warehouse Operations leader to improve our current distribution operations and help launch a brand-new, modern facility. If you're energized by building better processes, leading teams through change, and shaping the future of a growing operation, this role is for you.

Position Duties

- Improve and standardize daily warehouse operations
- Learn current workflows and identify opportunities to boost efficiency
- Lead the fit-out, start-up, and transition to a new warehouse
- Maintain service levels while managing parallel operations during the move
- Support automation, technology upgrades, and process innovation

Qualifications

- Strong warehouse or distribution leadership experience
- Proven success improving processes and managing change
- Experience with WMS, automation, or modern warehouse tech is a plus
- A balance of strategic thinking and hands-on leadership
