We're hiring a hands-on Lab Technician to support Quality Control and Product Development testing. You should be mechanically/technically inclined, comfortable with data, and able to communicate clearly with supervisors and production teams.

What You'll Do

- Perform QC, performance, and reliability testing in a safe manner
- Record accurate test data and analyze results
- Provide feedback to production teams
- Operate, maintain, and inspect lab equipment
- Support testing for new products and prototypes

What You Bring

- Mechanically and technically inclined
- Strong attention to detail and troubleshooting skills
- Proficient with Google Suite, Word, and Excel
- Able to interpret data and communicate clearly
- Team-oriented, dependable, and adaptable
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
