Description

We are seeking a Quality Control Inspector to monitor product quality throughout our manufacturing facility. This position involves inspecting products, identifying defects, documenting quality issues, and working with production to maintain quality standards.

Position Duties

- Perform quality inspections throughout the manufacturing facility.
- Inspect plastic, die-cast, and assembled products for defects.
- Identify issues such as flash, cracks, short shots, warping, and missing components.
- Record inspection results using tablets or computers.
- Communicate quality concerns to operators and production supervisors.
- Assist with product containment and reinspection.
- Follow established inspection procedures and safety requirements.

Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Manufacturing or quality inspection experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with production personnel.
- Ability to work independently and move throughout the manufacturing facility.

Physical Requirements

- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to bend, reach, and perform repetitive inspection tasks.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment.
